All tables are 8 feet long by approximately 30 inches wide, and cost $85
each. Tables are not considered reserved until receipt of payment! If you
cancel your space at least 30 days prior to the show, a refund or credit will be
provided without question. With less than 30 days notice, a refund or
credit will be given ONLY if the table can be re-sold.
Tables must be claimed by 9AM or they will be made
available to other vendors without refund. If you are running late, please
contact us through the hotel at (603) 625-1000 to hold your table for you!! Please let us know if you just need the
"spot" and not the actual table. All tables will be within 40 feet of
an electrical outlet. You are responsible for providing an
extension cord and power strip to connect to your table. Extension cords may NOT be taped across
the aisles open to the public. Please bring your own, labeled, loading cart-
none are available at the hotel. We retain the right to prohibit certain types
of exhibit and behavior that we feel is inappropriate or unsafe. Flashing
lights, music, handing out flyers away from your booth, and walking around with
animals for sale are all prohibited
The show will now be held in the Expo Center (not the Armory) at the hotel. Vendor set-up time is
from 6:30AM to 9AM. Please do not arrive before this time! Show hours are
from 9:30AM to 4PM. If your vehicle is less than 7 feet high (including small
u-haul type trailers 8 feet long or less), your easiest and closest loading will
be directly from the indoor parking garage ($5/day-have your parking coupon
stamped by us).
Larger vehicles can load from the loading dock area (a few steps) in
the back of the open Armory parking lot, and a limited number may temporarily
unload on a space-availabl basis from circle in front of the hotel (do not block
driveway!). Once unloaded, oversized vehicles can park either in the open
Armory parking lot as previously, or in the metered spots along Pleasant St.
(meters free on Sundays). Easiest loading is from the Armory entrance behind the hotel
off of Pleasant St. The open lot next to the Armory will be used for loading and
parking LARGE vehicles and trailers only- space there is limited. Smaller
vehicles less than 7 feet in height can park on the street (meters free on
weekends as of early 2008), or in the covered hotel parking garage at a 50%
discount off of the posted rates.
